Participants must create a 1 minute 30 second video on oneof the given topics using video clips that will be provided on the spot.

Participants will be provided with the system.

One surprise element (a transition) will be revealed on the spot and must be added to the video.

Participants are not allowed to use any other small clips, or stock images in the video. If they do so they will be disqualified from the event.

90 minutes will be provided for the event.
